Guadalupe Plumajillo is located in the municipio Trinitaria de la R08 Trinitaria “A”. This small population of about 19 is the largest in this area. This is the first community that we visited. Our purpose was to meet the community and learn more about how we could support their educational efforts. One of our main interests was their tema local (local theme) that we had previously heard so much about. Their local tema was about crianza de gallinas, which thought us about the importance of having local eggs and healthy chicken with additives.
